I love that there are people in my life who still don’t know how much I swear.

At chiro I almost swore and changed it to a non swear last second and then apologized. I was trying to reign in my words because I would be around young kids shortly after.

And she laughed saying she didn’t think that was necessary but I was like “oh no, I gotta start days in advance. I swear SO much.”

And she was shocked. Shocked! She said she’d never heard me swear before and I laugh because… Well tumblr you know how much I fucking swear xD

I just think it’s important to understand that “you’re always going to be mentally ill” isn’t the same thing as “you’re always going to be unhappy”

To anyone who gives unsolicited advice to disabled/chronically ill people:

Have you consider walking directly into speeding traffic? No? Then how can you know it’s not good for you?

Sometimes you genuinely are too fatigued, in too much emotional or physical pain, too anxious, too overwhelmed or too burned out to do a certain thing - and you don’t have to hate yourself for that! You’re allowed to respect your mental and physical limits even when they’re inconvenient.

Honestly considering how many people in the “death with dignity” movement have deep pockets and multiple properties, I think they should be forced to hand over their non resident properties and their assets to poor disabled people who are currently finding it easier to apply for assisted death than to find affordable accessible housing where they can live comfortably.
